Shipping Policy
We offer domestic and international delivery services both via Malaysian local postal and courier services such PosLaju or NinjaVan. Malaysian courier services usually offered a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays. Orders made on Friday, after 1PM will only be shipped on Monday.
The delivery period however beyond our control and it is depends due to the current capacity of the courier companies. If there is any problem occur during the shipment after the order were shipped, buyer may contact directly the courier companies by the tracking number for buyer's references. Or, if necessarily buyer may reach seller for assistant.
Tracking number will be provided personally to the buyer through email or whatsapp once we have shipped out your order.
If you have not received your order within 3 working days for local shipment, please contact our support team.
Postage charges may be vary and changed from time to time. It is anyway will be stated and fixed once the buyer made a choice during the checkout process.
Our policy does not provide free return shipping for any changes made by the buyer after the order was shipped. Free return policy however may be at the seller's treat.
Returns Policy
Return shall be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase (in exchange for Credit Coupon only). All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED and in sellable condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Please take note Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable or refundable. Accessories including jewellery, scarves and hair accessories are non-returnable too.
All return postage cost shall be borne by the customer and we are not liable for any lost of goods in the postage process. Return/Exchange will only be processed 1-3 working days after the goods are received by us. We will exchange it with the size/colour requested. If the item is no longer available in stock, we will compensate with credit coupon instead. All returns will be issued a credit coupon equivalent to the item value for future purchase used. No cash will be returned to the customer. Please take note that all credit coupons valid for 60days only.
*We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
How to return
Step 1: Reach Us by email / whatsapp with your order reference number and reason for return
Step 2: Repack your item(s) with tags intact, print and include return form and seal it securely
